This honey butter is super easy to make and tastes amazing served on biscuits, english muffins, toast, sliced warm bread, pancakes, and waffles.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup salted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat butter on medium-high with paddle attachment for 2 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed.
- Add honey and vanilla extract. Beat for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then beat for another 30 seconds.
- Store honey butter covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 months, or at room temperature for a few days.
